The article in question was created on 2 March, so it had been in existence for almost a month, and there had been no significant edits since you set it up, so it doesn't really qualify as a work in progress, does it? I would recommend that you submit any similar articles you create in the future for review by experienced contributors at Wikipedia:Articles for creation, so that you don't have to suffer the disappointment of them being deleted.
